ThreadsReplyTool connects to a single Threads account: the Association’s @mengjiin. What applies to you depends on your role:
If you commented on a post by @mengjiin, or your post received a reply from this tool
You never separately authorized this app, so it will not appear in your own Threads “Apps and Websites” list to remove. Any post or comment you published on Threads yourself can be deleted or hidden directly in the Threads app.
This tool’s internal database may separately retain a limited record of the interaction for drafting and review purposes — specifically: your Threads username, the comment text, the AI-drafted reply text, its review status, and timestamps. To request deletion of this stored record, email [email protected] with the subject "Threads data deletion request" and your Threads username (a link to the comment, if available, helps us locate it faster). The record will be deleted from the database within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
To revoke @mengjiin’s own authorization for this app
This action can only be performed by the account holder (the Association):
- Open Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions (or Apps and Websites)
- Find ThreadsReplyTool and remove it
- This immediately revokes the app’s access token; the app can no longer read @mengjiin’s data or act on its behalf going forward

情況一：你在 @mengjiin 的貼文下留言，或本工具曾在你的貼文下留言互動
你並未另外授權這個 App，所以 Threads 的「應用程式和網站」清單裡不會有 ThreadsReplyTool 可以移除。你自己在 Threads 上發布的貼文或留言，可以直接在 Threads App 裡自行刪除或隱藏。
本工具內部資料庫另外會暫存這類互動的部分資訊（例如：留言者的 Threads 用戶名稱、留言內容、AI 草擬的回覆文字、處理狀態與時間），用於草擬與審核回覆。若你想要求刪除這些暫存紀錄，請寄信到 [email protected]，主旨寫「Threads 資料刪除請求」，並附上你的 Threads 用戶名稱（若能附上留言連結更好，方便我們比對）。這些紀錄會在 14 天內從資料庫中刪除，並回信確認完成。
情況二：撤銷 @mengjiin 帳號本身對本工具的授權
此操作僅能由帳號持有者（協會）本人執行：
- 打開 Threads → 設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限（或「應用程式和網站」）
- 找到 ThreadsReplyTool 並移除
- 這會立即讓這個 App 的存取權杖失效，之後這個 App 就無法再讀取 @mengjiin 帳號的資料，或代表該帳號進行任何動作
