Option 1 — Revoke app access yourself

Open Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions (or Apps and Websites)
Find ThreadsReplyTool and remove it
This immediately revokes the app’s access token; the app can no longer read your data or act on your account going forward

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] with the subject "Threads data deletion request" and your Threads username. Any comment, reply, or related record this app has stored about you will be deleted from its database within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

找到 ThreadsReplyTool 並移除
這會立即讓這個 App 的存取權杖失效，之後這個 App 就無法再讀取你的資料或代表你的帳號進行任何動作

方式二：來信要求刪除

寄信到 [email protected]，主旨寫「Threads 資料刪除請求」，並附上你的 Threads 用戶名稱。任何這個 App 存有的、與你相關的留言、回覆或紀錄，都會在 14 天內從資料庫中刪除，並會回信確認完成。
