ThreadsReplyTool is a personal automation tool operated by an individual (Mengjiin Lin) for the Threads account @mengjiin. It is not a public-facing product and is not offered to other users.

What data this app accesses

Basic profile information of the connected Threads account (id, username)
Posts and replies belonging to the connected account
Public Threads posts matched by keyword search (health / cancer-support related topics), used to find content the operator may wish to engage with

How this data is used

Matched public posts and replies are read in order to draft a possible reply. Draft text is generated with the help of an AI language model (Anthropic Claude). No draft is ever posted automatically — every draft is sent to the operator via a private Telegram message for manual review, and is only published to Threads after the operator explicitly approves it.

Where data is stored

Matched posts, reply drafts, and their review status are stored in a private SQLite database on a server controlled by the operator. The Threads API access token is stored in a server-side environment file and is never exposed in application code or logs.

Data sharing

Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except:

Anthropic (the AI provider), solely to generate draft reply text
Meta / Threads, as the platform the data originates from and is published back to

Data retention and deletion

Records are retained only as long as needed to operate this tool. To request deletion of any data associated with your Threads account that this app may have stored, or to revoke this app’s access entirely, see the Data Deletion Instructions page, or contact [email protected].

這個 App 會存取哪些資料

連結帳號的基本個人資料（帳號 id、用戶名稱）
該帳號自己發布的貼文與收到的留言
用關鍵字搜尋比對到的公開 Threads 貼文（健康／癌症照護相關主題），用來找出可能想互動回應的內容

資料如何被使用

比對到的公開貼文與留言會被讀取，用來草擬可能的回覆內容。草稿文字由 AI 語言模型（Anthropic Claude）協助生成。系統不會自動發布任何草稿——每則草稿都會透過私人 Telegram 訊息送給操作者本人審核，只有在操作者明確核准後才會實際發布到 Threads。

資料存放位置

比對到的貼文、回覆草稿與審核狀態，存放在操作者自行管理的私有伺服器上的 SQLite 資料庫中。Threads API 的存取權杖存放在伺服器端的環境設定檔中，不會出現在程式碼或紀錄檔裡。

資料分享

資料不會被出售或分享給第三方，僅以下兩種情況例外：

Anthropic（AI 服務供應商），僅用於生成回覆草稿文字
Meta / Threads，作為資料來源平台以及回覆最終發布的目的地

資料保存與刪除
